taratraveltayo: Are you into Photography? Nature tripping? Island hopping? Beach bumming? Camping? Tara!, sa Nagsasa! Nagsasa is one of the coves along Zambales’ rugged coast in western Luzon. If you’ve been in Anawangin, it is twice as big as that! It’s a cove with a river, a lake, a waterfall, a coastline of grey volcanic ash littered with pine trees and a mountain that glistens gold when the sun touches it. It is like you’ve been somewhere far away but yet only 5 hours away from Manila. In Nagsasa, there are no flags or ropes to indicate property lines. There are a fewer people too. You’ll have more uninterrupted time basking under the sun, enjoying the view, and taking captivating photographs. Don’t forget to bring your camera/s, your tripod, and your explorer self. We’ll be exploring the place with a goal in mind to take great photos you can be proud of.  Bring your barkada, your loved one, or go solo. We’ll take care of you. We will put rave back in travel and photography!  Pack your stuff. Grab that bag. Let’s go! It’s going to be awesome! We know that not all of the participants are campers or have tried camping before but don’t worry we will arrange your tents for you! We also have arranged a resort in Pundaquit so that we can wash up properly after the trip. There are comfort rooms in Nagsasa so you can do whatever you want but it is not as luxurious, so you might not have the luxury to wash up properly. But this is Nagsasa anyways, what is more fun than sleeping under a blanket of stars?

TARA!

“Tara!” in Tagalog means “Let’s go!”. It is a term which suggests camaraderie as it is often said by a group of friends to one another when they plan to go somewhere or do something. To be able to say “Tara!” means that you have to foster friendship and that you share a common goal. That is why we chose the name to represent a group which does both – to go out as friends and do something common (photography).

“Tara!” is a group providing travel opportunities for young professionals, expat, tour groups which is primarily into the photographic discipline. The aim of the tours provided by “Tara!” is geared towards creating a photography-friendly tour that brings photographers and travels enthusiasts into an immersion on the destination. There are two kinds of trips that “Tara!” offers – organized and customizable. Organized tours are those that is posted online and has a predefined destination and a corresponding itinerary. Customizable tours on the other hand are tours wherein tour groups can suggest their preferred location and “Tara!” will organize for them. The goal of “Tara!” is to provide a travel opportunity for people who likes travel, take photos, relax, and bond with each others without worrying about the intricacies of planning for the trip.

We believe that It’s about relationships. TARA! is a company with a heart. Tara is built on fostering relationships while doing Travel, Photography, and having some Fun. Tara! by its name suggests invitation. It’s a name that welcomes people. It’s a name that includes involvement. It’s a name that includes participation.

That’s who we are. That’s what TARA! is all about.
